GPOH-HD Study Registry

Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma, nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin Lymphoma and relapsed Hodgkin Lymphoma

Prospective registry

Prospective collection of key clinical data as well as biological samples of patients with primary diagnosis or relapse of different types of Hodgkin lymphoma diagnosed in Germany treated within or outside clinical trials.

The aims are:

• Provision of standardized central review of key diagnostic procedures
• Provision of counseling for local treating physicians
• Correlation of clinical data with translational research projects
• Provision of clinical data for future standardization of staging procedures
• Provision of clinical data for the GPOH-HD late effects registry
• The clinical data shall serve as a platform for international translational research projects with registries of other national study groups or consortia
• Provision of a data base for future early phase clinical trials, e.g. with targeted therapies

The registry collects clinical and laboratory data of patients with Hodgkin lymphoma, prospectively. Therapeutic interventions are not planned within the scope of this registry. The GPOH-HD study group and the EuroNet-PHL-study group will provide treatment guidelines.

• Primary diagnosis or relapse diagnosis of nLPHL or cHL confirmed by reference histopathology
• Patient age under 18 years at first diagnosis
• Written informed consent of the patient and/or the patient’s parents or guardian for registry participation
